Production facility
We have more than 5000 sq. ft. of production facility and advance production machineries like HMT pressure die casting machine, Deburring machines, Drilling and tapping machines, Special Surface Treatment Processes like shot blasting with Aluminium, M.S. and S.S. Shots. Surface Finishing Improvement Process Like Vibro Deburring, Skilled Machining Processors : Facing, Turning, Boring Drilling, Tapping, Threading, Reaming etc. on M.S., Forging and Die Cast Components.
Quality Assurance
Ours is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and has world class equipment for testing like digital height gauges, Vernier, plug gauges, go no go gauges etc. All equipments are calibrated and well maintained.
